Office and Project Administrator

Are you an competent professional who loves to manage the details of construction projects and clients in a busy office?

We are looking for a full time Office Manager to oversee major aspects of the smooth running of our busy office .

If you have exceptional attention to detail, you enjoy creating proposals and can talk with and guide our clients and contractors then we need you.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong ability to work from auditory and written instructions
  • Build proposals from dictation
  • Create both text and image files in the cloud
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Create prospect lead sheets
  • Create Job Logs
  • Update databases
  • File and handle all correspondence
  • Process proposals and contracts
  • Write proposals in Excel and Word from hand written notes, templates, and video files
  • Talk with and direct walk-in clients
  • Manage close out documents
  • Manage Yelp, Google, and Social Media

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies required:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Yelp, Facebook, Google and more
  • Database Management
  • Proficient Writing skills
  • Phone Handling Skills

 

$14-$18 per hour dependent on experience. Full Time M-F 8:30-5:00PM

You must be able to pass a drug and background check

TRADE JOURNEYMEN

Are you a competent, accurate skilled tradesperson ready to work for a busy 25 year old, award winning construction firm

 

We are looking for skilled professionals to do Foundation Repair, Light Commercial TI, ADA Compliance Projects and  Insurance Restoration.

 

If you have exceptional attention to detail, the ability to create error-free work, are self managed,   and provide exceptional results, then we need you.

Responsibilities:

  • Build to specifications
  • Adjust to field discrepancies
  • Pristine clean up
  • Interface with customers and keep them happy with progress
  • Accurate work
  • Keep projects on schedule
  • Self managing
  • Fill our accurate daily production reports
  • Coordinate with the project manager
  • Possible lead positions available

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies required:

  • Journeyman status
  • Some positions for non-journeymen construction help available
  • -Basic power tool experience
  • -Must have steel toe boots
  • -All PPE Equipment (safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses)
  • -OSHA 10 construction certified is a PLUS
  • -Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
  • -Comfortable with heights
  • -Reliable transportation
  • -Must pass criminal background check
  • -Must pass drug screen
  • -Must have a Work Vehicle
  • -Must have a clean DMV record
  • -Be willing to participate in a 24-hour, on-call rotation
  • -Machine Operating Skills a Plus
  • -Must be able to Manipulate a trailer

Full Time – 40 Hours – Compensation DOE
